Holyhead

Back to location finder

General details:

Apparently, it is possible to sail within the breakwater at high tide, parking along the harbour-side road. I've never sailed there & don't feel the urge to do so. I guess it would work well in NW - E.

There's also a small bay (Llanfawr) just off the A5 before you reach Holyhead. Likewise, I've never sailed there so can't vouch for it. Looks like it would be a long hike at low water.

Directions to the right place:

I guess somewhere here would be the spot within the harbour breakwater.

Here is Treath Llanfawr.
