A good turnout at the pub. A few interested in Porthcawl on Sunday, but most keeping a close eye on the weather. Ian & Neroli plan to go.

Matt will watch jealously, but has to go to Lake Como for the weekend, while Paul is stuck in Nepal, mountain biking.

A good ride , if a bit sticky in places. Did a spin class on Saturday too (those classes are still brutal!) so definitely feeling it all today.
