A very enjoyable afternoon :D - I really enjoyed the ramps again, thanks to Ian and Neroli for hosting - not sure their grass (or should that be lawn?) will ever be the same. Fantastic playground for trying out all sorts of moves that I should be using on the trails. Rowberrow was dry = superb :D :D...

Knew I got something wrong - didn't do the course see

Having said that, I found that rolling over the lip exclaiming "ohhhhh S###!!!!t" seemed to work quite well.

Will try a manual next time, after you of course

Damn...... was hoping to morph head of Viv looking calm and relaxed onto that pic before anyone else saw it - I'm sure I have one of me knitting somewhere - on second thoughts we all know how stressful knitting can be! Steve didn't believe it was the same bombhole that the boys bottled, until he saw...

Sorry Keith

You are absolutely right, just Saturday. Minor brainstorm when I got back from the pub last night - I can't even blame the booze 'cos I was on grapefruit and lemonade all night!

Axebridge 1st and 2nd July

Repeat of message in "Phew what a scorcher", just in case  (also blatant attempt to increase my no of posts :D - will I ever reach carve gyber?? Thought 140 was going to be it but no :( 150 perhaps?) After discussion at the Ring o Bells this evening, we have agreed to meet in the car...

After discussion at the Ring o Bells this evening, we have agreed to meet in the car park next to the locked gate at Bristol Corinthians at 11:00 am. That way we can all go through the gate with Keith (the man with the key!) at the same time. Launch Fees are £10 per person and each of us will have t...

Re: Accommodation is in VERY short supply.

I am holding a couple of additional bookings provisionally at the Lasswade Hotel & Carlton House. Both of these are for double rooms. Single rooms in Llanwrtyd Wells are just about all gone. They will hold these for me until this Wed. If you'd like either of these, let me know & I'll pass t...

Thirded. Rowberrow and the ride down to Cheddar are just superb in the dry :D :D , even with the changes since last year. I'm very glad there are chicken runs past all the new jumps, some of them are huge! Watching Martin's journey over the handlebars was worse than actually riding that stretch. Spe...

I have always had this problem when logging in, I am forever swapping from work laptop at work, to work laptop at home to home PC and it seems to happen all the time. My son says he has seen it on other phpBB forums also. One thing that is odd tho' is that if you log in to check messages you get in ...

Hi Richard Good to hear that you and Emma will be coming. I believe the beer is good (I drink cider so am not the one to say really). The food certainly is :D . As there does not appear to be too much wind about, we have decided on a relatively leisurely start (I am not very good at mornings and lot...
