Great ride

Stats 89.03 Km , 6 hrs riding time, avg speed 14.8 KPH max 52 KPH and 4904 cals burned , as Adrian said a tough ride.

Between us 4 punctures , a sticky chain link, poorly indexing gears fixed by Rob ( Thanks ) several nettle stings and numerous torq bars eaten.
