If anyone has any energy left after Cwm Carn we are having a BBQ tomorrow with a trials MTB course mainly devised by Ian and Steve ( so blame them for any injuries to bikes and bodies :lol: The magic spray and bike stand with tools will be available :D ) . Great ride :D

Stats 89.03 Km , 6 hrs riding time, avg speed 14.8 KPH max 52 KPH and 4904 cals burned , as Adrian said a tough ride.

Between us 4 punctures , a sticky chain link, poorly indexing gears fixed by Rob ( Thanks :) ) several nettle stings and numerous torq bars eaten.
