News:

17/7/2010:The anemometer on the Weston weather station isn't working. We think the batteries in the remote sensor/radio unit - firmly attached to Brian's chimney, 6 metres up - are dead. I bottled out of going all the way up there on the ladder today, so we'll have to wait for Brian's knee to heal. Hopefully when he's back from hols in 3 weeks time.

10/7/2010: The script for updating locations pages is working again. However, it's still only working in Internet Explorer - as previously. Not got to the bottom of that one yet.

Bristol Nomads Windsurfing Club is a nomadic club based loosely around the Bristol (UK) area, where our emphasis has been on recreational windsurfing for over 20 years. our stamping ground is pretty much around the South West of England and West Wales, with occasional overseas trips thrown-in for good measure. we welcome all ages & abilities. when the wind doesn't blow, or if it's too cold to sail, you'll find a number of us resorting to our alternative passion of flinging mountain bikes around muddy hillsides.
