Anyone fancy this?

Ok - Windsurfing it isn't. This is the mountain bikers splinter group for when the wind don't blow!

Ian will be off in the States so this looks quite tempting to me, depending on (a) the weather and (b) being accompanied by bike mechanic(s)... just in case

Just realized the event is this week, not next week - Doh!

Will decide tonight if we are going to do the event. Will only be the 20km route if so, as we only own one set of lights.

We have decided to have a relaxing night in.

For those doing the ride, enjoy...

Did anyone do this?

I was working until 6.30 so didn't get up to the start until around 6.45. I was the last one to set off apparently.

I did the short loop (but got lost a bit) and didn't really see anyone else. No one was at the pub when I go there either!

Nice ride though. Weather was nice and it's a beautiful bit of countryside.

Cheers,
Carl

I was planning on being there but got caught with a work call at the last moment - might have got there for 6.45 but assumed everyone would have gone....

Ah well
