Hi Folks, new to this but here we go.
I have a Starboard Carve 161 which I'm learning on, I managed to crack the nose the last week. Does anyone know a local 'ish' repair shop in bristol. Might get a sponge nose fitted as well.
Any help/recommendations gratefully received.

Re: Bristol Repairs
No repairers in Bristol any more, I'm afraid.
I've heard that Jim Brooks-Dowsett of Puravida (https://www.facebook.com/jim.brooksdowsett) does good repairs. He's over in Cardiff, though.

It's an ill wind that never blows at all.

If its an old board and cosmetic is not a priority then do it yourself. Swimming Woggles/sausages make a good DIY nose protector. Worked well on my old Techno when I was learning. It never worth an expensive board when your learning.

As Martin says, Jim at Puravida.
Bob (a Nomad) recently had a board repaired by Jim and was very pleased with the result (and the price).
