Is any one out at Weston this week? Thinking about chancing my luck tomorrow and/or Friday - Guess I missed my chance - forgot to check the tide times and left it too late to leave.

Also has any one tried sailing or interested in trying Severn beach? (it's a lot closer than Weston if you live north of Bristol and are in a hurry

I haven't tried for around 20 years

Last time I did, I couldn't find a suitable / tempting launch spot with nearby parking.

People do launch from Thornbury sailing club - but I would imagine they would want you to be a member etc......
