(another) new bike?

Post by spinout »

Orange 5 stolen from Center Parcs a couple of weeks ago (':(')

Bummer but I do have a cheque from the nice insurance lady for £2K so on the lookout for a new ride. Any suggestions?

Test rode a Lapierre Zesty 314 yesterday which made me smile (':D').

The Zesty, 5 and Hekler were the 3 best bikes I tested before chosing the 5. Almost went for a Nomad before deciding/realisngthat it was more bike than I needed.

I thought a 'deal' from Singletrack forum was more your thing and knowing that you liked your old spech enduro I can let you have my old spech enduro for that £2K

Happy Hunting

Done deal on a Zesty. Was tempted to build another but I can get more for my money if I buy off the shelf. Suspect there will be some early swaps (e.g bars/saddle).

I think you will be pleased. They look good and ride well.

Hope to see you on the trail soon
